So this looks NOTHING like the food I usually see on social media, but I wanted to be honest and show what I was ACTUALLY eating instead of sharing someone else’s pretty picture.

This is a bowl of berries and bananas topped with Greek yogurt, oats, trail mix with nuts and raisins, and almond butter, sprinkled with spices such as cinnamon.

It’s not picture perfect, but more importantly IT TASTED GOOD. 😋


And it was a perfect post-workout meal after my run and strength training session! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏽😊
