Sundays are perfect for stretching. 

Stretching is a crucial part of any lifestyle, and there are SO many benefits, including: increased flexibility and joint range of motion, improved circulation, better posture, stress relief, enhanced coordination, and so many others. And it’s fun! 😊

I can’t think of a reason NOT to stretch! 

P.S. Ask any dancer — this is surprisingly comfortable. 😏
