Eating healthy does NOT have to be expensive or time consuming! My go-to?! FROZEN VEGGIES! This is a bag of frozen veggies for under $2, it took about 2 minutes in the microwave, and YUM! 

I also love to add some water and spices and make a veggie type stew/soup! 

They’re so versatile, there’s so many different kinds, and they won’t spoil!
