If you haven’t tried JIF peanut powder yet — TRY IT. It’s packed with protein, so versatile, and the only ingredient is peanuts!
Sometimes I make “peanut butter” with it, here I have it with Greek yogurt, and 100% cocoa powder. And a banana and strawberries. Sometimes I mix them all up into a delicious (and less photogenic) chocolate peanut butter banana yumminess. It’s also great for smoothies and baking, and pretty much anything!
