3 Tips for Curing the Monday Morning Blues

  1. Ease into the week. Instead of starting the week with a frantic rush, consider easing into the work week by checking email, reading professional newsletters, and tidying your office. 
  2. Look forward to something. Plan lunch with a friend, excuse yourself from some irksome daily task, or figure out some other way to improve the day. 
  3. Shuffle the schedule. Maybe something is making Mondays unnecessarily tough. Could a report be due on Tuesday, instead of Monday, to give you a little cushion?
