Thankfulness Prompts 

It’s helpful to identify a cue that prompts you to have a moment of gratitude. For instance: 

  • Every time you sit down to eat, take a moment to be thankful. 
  • Each time you cross the threshold of your home, think, “I’m so glad to be home.” 
  • An irksome activity, like paying the bills, can be improved by thinking, “I’m lucky to have enough money to pay these bills.”
