Fitting Fitness In

Many people struggle to exercise regularly. Are you one of them? What could you do to bring exercise into your life? 

Some ideas: take a class, work out with a friend, go for a fifteen-minute walk, join an accountability group, walk or cycle to work, or get a dog. Exercise can take many forms.
