Today I did a meditation on Grateful Appreciation, and it was just a nice reminder of everything we have to be grateful for, that we so often overlook โ€”

the clothes on our back,

running water,

the simple fact that we are BREATHING, we are ALIVE.

I could go on and on here listing off everything Iโ€™m grateful for, but Iโ€™m REALLY grateful today for hugs from my Mom. ๐Ÿค—โค๏ธโœจ

โ€“ Disconnecting from my phone, the internet, social media, technology

Connecting with other people

โ€“ Typos and autocorrect ๐Ÿ˜‚
