Today I made a list of all of the positives, benefits, and reasons of why I’m doing what I’m doing. This list is endless, I keep adding more. It will help me whenever I start to lose motivation, it gets hard (and it does!), and I ask myself “WHY am I doing this?”
This list will be different for everyone depending on what YOUR goals are, but I really encourage you to make one!

I couldn’t think of a single reason NOT to be a healthier, happier, stronger version of myself. 😊
