At an appointment today, I was chatting with someone β€” the usual β€œwhat do you do” introductory conversation. I explained I had just gotten my degree in Movement Studies, and my passion for movement and health, and she said,

β€œYou’re going to make the world a better place.”

Today I did a meditation on Grateful Appreciation, and it was just a nice reminder of everything we have to be grateful for, that we so often overlook β€”

the clothes on our back,

running water,

the simple fact that we are BREATHING, we are ALIVE.

I could go on and on here listing off everything I’m grateful for, but I’m REALLY grateful today for hugs from my Mom. πŸ€—β€οΈβœ¨
