So many good things on my last Sunday at home 💛✨
– Waking up and enjoying quiet moments with my Kitty 😸
– The random talks, laughs and hugs with my Mom and R 😂🤗
– All of their help as I get ready to go back to California
– The simple moments of just being together, and of course, more hugs 🤗🤗🤗
At an appointment today, I was chatting with someone — the usual “what do you do” introductory conversation. I explained I had just gotten my degree in Movement Studies, and my passion for movement and health, and she said,
“You’re going to make the world a better place.”
Yes, I am. 😊

It may be cliché, but after hearing of so many people being sick and struggling with various health concerns, I really and truly am grateful for MY HEALTH.
Today I did a meditation on Grateful Appreciation, and it was just a nice reminder of everything we have to be grateful for, that we so often overlook —
the clothes on our back,
the simple fact that we are BREATHING, we are ALIVE.
I could go on and on here listing off everything I’m grateful for, but I’m REALLY grateful today for hugs from my Mom. 🤗❤️✨
